Poise is the theme of three textile creations by Winnie de Rooij in which she explores the balance between form, colour and material. Poise defines, for Winnie, the concept of balance and she developed them in a period in which she herself was seeking the balance between making her own dreams come true and conforming to socially desirable norms.

 

Staying true to her design studio’s principles, the items are made entirely from leftover materials.
